A. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial activities nor to their self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. Since the purchase is processed through our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd., you may also submit your cancellation notice through Paddle Customer Support. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although its use is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium (e.g., software downloads) if we have begun performing the contract after you

1. have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the end of the cancellation period, and
2. You have acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract begins to be performed, and
3. We have provided you with confirmation of this.

When you purchase and immediately download the software, this consent is obtained during the ordering process (via Paddle).

B. Refund Policy

Since the purchase was made through Paddle.com Market Ltd. When a transaction is processed as a Merchant of Record, payment processing and refunds are governed by the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions. Refund requests can be submitted through Paddle Customer Support or through us.

In addition, we offer a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that „the software does not function as described and the defect could not be corrected within a reasonable period of time.”.

C. Businesses (B2B)

Customers who make a purchase for commercial or self-employed professional purposes (business owners) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Any voluntary refunds will be made in accordance with the terms set forth in Section B and at the provider’s discretion.
